I am thrilled to announce that I will be conducting two incredible radio big bands in the not so far future:

On June 30th, I’ll have the pleasure to conduct the HR Bigband (Frankfurt Radio Big Band) with guest soloist Sarah McKenzie at Rheingau Musikfestival.

And then I will have the great pleasure of conducting a full concert of the WDR Big Band with a programm of all my arrangements and some of my compositions in their production YOUNG CATS that will feature the incredible talents of Simon Comté and Nils Kugelmann. The concert will happen on February 8th 2025 at WDR Funkhaus, Cologne.

And last but not least: Jim Rotondi’s Album “Finesse” is out now! This was my first professional arranging project, that didn’t involve my own Big Band and I am still very happy how it turned out! And it features some incredible musicians next to Jim, such as Dick Oatts (yes, THE Dick Oatts!), Danny Grissett, Steve Davis, Tobias Weidinger on lead trumpet, my dear friend Mario Gonzi on drums and many more….. CDs are available already, Vinyls will be out on March 15!
